I am grooving on the colors of #2. The blues and greens are very pretty and I like the way that his eyes are in shadow, hiding "him" from us even as his identity is declared. I like that tension in the composition.
#7 still breaks my heart. I LOVED the rip-your-heart-out end and am such a mean fangirl: I wish they'd left it that way. I adored the whole tragic ending to their love story. Gods, this episode ripped my heart out, stomped on it, set it on fire, and scattered the ashes over the ocean. You've captured that separation beautifully. *happy angsty sigh*
#12 is a gorgeous use of b/w. I love this crop and really wish I saw this kind of potential in caps. It's brilliant. Just enough that I can get what's happening but it's mostly shadow and suggestion. Just all very pretty.
#18 I really like for the texture use. It gives the scene a sense of movement. It takes what could be a sort of ho-hun image and gives it dynamism and a sense of depth, a characteristic of your icons that I *adore* and wish I could better emulate.
I like that you talked about the icons and what inspired them. I like peeking into your thought processes. :) In general, I love your colors and your text work. The combination of the colors and fonts are "quirky" and well done. They match the icons and add to the icon. Just..well, I love your stuff.
